Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications across the entire stack—from frontend interfaces to backend services. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to build intuitive, high-quality, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using [e.g., React, Next.js, Django, Node.js, etc.].
  • Design RESTful APIs and work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in frontend development using [React, Vue, Angular, or similar].
  • Strong backend skills with [Node.js, Django, Flask, or similar].
  • Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
  • Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architectures.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Previous experience in a startup environment.
